All base packages come with thousands of movies and shows on demand and 50 hours of free DVR storage.

After you choose your base service, you can add any Extras and Premium plans.
- Extras are mini channel collections sorted by interest, such as Entertainment Extra or Sports Extra.
- Add the top shows everyone’s talking about with Premium plans like, MGM+, or Paramount+ with Showtime.

Day Pass, Week Pass, and Weekend Pass
Our passes are short-term subscriptions to Sling Orange—so you can try us out or just enjoy a little TV binge.
You can customize your short term subscription just like a base service! For a small additional price, add Sports, News, Entertainment, Hollywood, Lifestyle, Heartland, or Kids Extra, for the duration of your pass.
Day Pass - $4.99
- 24 hours of Sling Orange, starting right after you check out.
- Perfect for a quick game day or a special event.
- Extras available for $1 each.
Weekend Pass - $9.99
- Access to Sling from 1AM Friday to 1AM MT Monday. Great for a weekend sports marathon or lazy weekend with the family.
- Extras available for $2 each.
Week Pass - $14.99
- 7 full days of Sling Orange, starting immediately after checkout.
- Ideal if you want a taste of Sling for the week.
- Extras available for $3 each.
Pass rules you should know:
- Passes are one time, non-recurring purchases.
- Passes can’t be added to an existing subscription. They are available to new or former customers.
- You can upgrade from a pass to a monthly subscription anytime—and we’ll credit you for any unused portion of your pass.
- Day and Week Pass value will be prorated.
- The entire price of Weekend Passes will be applied.
- Because our passes are short term subscriptions, they cannot be cancelled or paused.
- Passes can’t be purchased with gift cards.
- We’re not able to add the Total TV or 4 Extras Deal, DVR upgrades, or Premium subscriptions to a pass. You’ll need a monthly plan instead.
- Passes don’t include Pay-Per-View events in the price, but you can purchase them separately and they’ll be added to your account to watch while your pass is active.

Sling Blue, Sling Select, and Sling Blue & Orange include live streaming of some local channels, but access depends on where you live.
Local channels are not included with Sling Orange.

Freestream viewers with a Sling account can save 10 hours of content to their DVR for free.
Anyone who subscribes to Sling gets 50 hours of free DVR storage.
Anyone with a Sling account can add Unlimited DVR for $5/mo and stop worrying about managing their recordings to save DVR space.
Of course! Video on-demand content is available on many of our channels. The content and length of time it is available varies by channel.
The majority of channels Sling offers are live streaming TV, but we do have a few channels that only offer on-demand content (like ESPN3 and International content, to name a couple). Occasionally you'll come across a channel that has no schedule in the guide; this means that channel only provides video on-demand content.
With Sling TV your live streaming experience includes more ways to customize with Extras, better programming and channel options, no equipment rental fees and NO contracts! - Plus, we've included a cloud-based DVR service, on-demand content and an interactive on-screen-guide to make it easy for you to navigate all of the live streamed programming available.
