Not Subscribed to Any Channels Error
If you're seeing an error message saying that you're not subscribed to any channels, there is an error with our system communicating your account information to your device. Try the steps below to resolve the issue:
BROWSER
- From a browser: navigate to your account settings >
- Select Account
- Select Sign Out
- Enter your email and password to sign back in
MOBILE APP
- From the Sling mobile device app: Click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top of the screen.
- Select Account
- Select Sign Out
- Enter your email and password to sign back in
