If you're receiving a 9-301 or 9-302 error when selecting the Rent button for a Pay-Per-View event, you may have already purchased the title. If you've already purchased, you should see a message that reads Event already purchased - find it on the first channel in the guide. Still don't see the channel? Close and restart the Sling TV app.
If you're not sure that you've purchased the event, log in to My Account, then select the View Billing Details link on the dashboard. Check for a line item that shows the event you want to watch.
If you've purchased the event and are not seeing the title in your guide or in the results when using the Search function, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
From your SLING app:
- Open Settings
- Go to Account
- Select Sign Out
- Enter your email and password to sign back in
