Error Code 3-XXX
Errors beginning with a 3 occur when there is a problem with the information exchange between your device and our systems. There are a few things you can do to reset the connection. Try the steps below to resolve the issue:
Try a different channel to see if the issue persists
If the issue only occurs on the original channel, please contact us
Make sure your WiFi connection is strong, or that your ethernet cable is properly plugged in
Uninstall and reinstall the SLING app on your device
