3-18 and 3-19 errors are specific to customers viewing SLING TV through their Windows 10 device, or through their browser on a PC.
If the stream will not play, or the quality has greatly decreased, it is usually due to an outdated video card within your device. Make sure your video drivers are up to date, and try the steps below to resolve the issue:
