Error Code 10-XXX
If you're receiving a 10-XXX error, try the steps below to resolve the issue:
Try a different channel to see if the issue persists
- If the issue only occurs on the original channel, please contact us
SIgn out of the SLING app:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to Account
- Select Sign Out
Once you're back on the welcome screen, enter your email address and password to sign in.
