Pause Your Subscription
Find and select Pause Subscription from the My Account dashboard
Choose how long you want to pause your subscription for (1, 2 or 3 months)
Select Next and follow the on-screen instructions to finish pausing your subscription
The pause will take effect beginning on your next billing date
Important note: Customers taking advantage of promotions (prepay bundles, annual plans, free trials), customers using only gift card as payment, customers that signed up through their devices (excluding Roku), customers that signed up through an affiliate retail partner or customers using Amazon Pay are not eligible to pause their subscriptions at this time.
Cancel Your Subscription
Find and select Cancel Subscription on the My Account dashboard
Follow the on-screen instructions to finish cancelling your subscription
Once finished, we’ll let you know when your cancellation will take effect, where we’ll send a confirmation email and how you can restart service
After you cancel, your current paid subscription will run for the duration of your billing cycle or any prepaid period. This means you can continue to enjoy your subscription until your renewal date. If you cancel during a free trial, service will be terminated immediately. Note that we do not provide refunds for prepaid or partial months of service.

I Cancelled My Subscription, But I’m Still Being Charged
If you cancelled your subscription but are still seeing charges, there are a few things you can check:
Make sure your account was actually cancelled:
Log in at sling.com
If your account is cancelled, the My Account page will display options for restarting service (do not select this option if you don’t wish to restart)
If the account has not been cancelled, the My Account page will display information about your next billing date and options to change your subscription. Follow the instructions above to cancel your subscription
Check that you don’t have another account
Visit the Forgot Username/Email page
To confirm your identity, enter your first and last name, and the last 4 digits of the card being charged

I Don’t See The Options To Pause Or Cancel
Occasionally, we’ll offer limited free trials or previews that don’t require you to enter payment information. If you never provided payment information when signing up for a free trial, you won’t need to cancel the trial; it will automatically expire following the end of the trial period.
