Managing a SLING Subscription on an Amazon Device
If you created a SLING TV account through your Amazon device, you can change your subscription in app. Follow the steps below to make changes to your subscription.
Note: If you created your SLING TV account through Amazon Pay, please visit sling.com/account to make changes to your subscription.
In the SLING app, scroll to the right on your menu and choose Settings. Then visit your Account.
- Select Add/Remove Service
- On the next screen, you can change your base service (if you opt to change your base service, any extras you subscribe to will be automatically removed)
- Next, choose your Extras
- Review your changes, then press FINISH & SUBMIT
- Choose SUBSCRIBE for each service purchased
If you are still having issues with changing your subscription, please make sure the device you are using is registered with the Amazon account with which you created your SLING account
