HDCP, or high-bandwidth digital content protection is the manner in which digital content is protected when streaming across devices.

Otherwise, try the steps below to resolve the issue:
Make sure the HDMI cable is completely inserted into the HDMI port
- Push firmly on both sides of the HDMI cable to ensure that one end is fully attached to the TV, and the other end is fully attached to the device
Check to see if another app is experiencing similar issues
