Error Code 4-416
4-416 errors are specific to viewing Sling TV with a Chromecast device. If you're receiving this message, it means the content you are currently trying to watch is not licensed to be streamed via casting.

If you're casting using a Chromecast or other casting device, to continue watching your TV show or movie, turn off your cast and then stream the content on your mobile device or tablet for a few moments before trying to cast again.
- Unfortunately it looks like things aren't working quite right on your device right now, try using another device with the Sling TV application on it so you can continue watching right now
- If the Sling app works on another device, there may be an issue with your device. Please call your device’s manufacturer for further assistance
- If Sling app does not work on another device, there may be an issue related to your account. Please contact us so our team of technical specialists can investigate the issue
If you’re unable to resolve the error using the other steps listed above, please take note of the following information before contacting us:
When the error occurred (when selecting a show, in the middle of watching, etc.)
What type of program you were watching (live, on-demand, DVR recording)
What device you were using (browser, mobile app, streaming device)
