General troubleshooting
Try a few basic things to solve most streaming issues:
Device specifications
Sling will work for Edge version 17 or newer, but it works best on the most recent version of Edge.
Edge updates whenever you update your Windows operating system. Windows updates are usually automatic, but you can also update manually.
- Click the Start button, then select Settings
- From the Settings menu, select Update & Security
- Click Windows Update, then Check for updates
- If updates are found, they’ll be installed
