Closed Captions Broken or Incorrect
If you're having issues with Closed Captions, try the steps below to see if they resolve the issue:
- Launch your player controls bar.
- Then scroll right until you land on the CC icon.
- Simply deselect or select the CC icon.
Try a different channel to see if the issue persists
