A 10-220 code is due to an error in our system identifying the content being sent to you. Try the steps below to resolve the issue.
Try a different channel to see if the issue persists
- If the issue only persists on the original channel, please contact us
Try logging out of your account, then sign back in.
- To sign out of your device, open your settings
- Scroll down to Account
- Click sign out
- You will be returned to the SLING TV homepage, click sign in to log back in to your account.
