Edit your subscription
Sling is made to be flexible, you can change your plan anytime to get the shows, games, and movies that match your vibe. Learn how to adjust your subscription below.

To switch from one base plan to another:
- Use a web browser to sign in to your account
- Select Manage next to your active subscription
- Choose the plan you’d like to subscribe to instead, and select Switch or Upgrade
- Choose from the available plans and add-ons, then select Confirm to apply the changes to your account.
To customize your subscription with extras or premium services:
You can add channel collections or premium plans to your Sling account anytime. Explore all our premium options.
From your Sling account on a web browser
To add:
- From a web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the Add channels and services tab near the top of the page.
- Select Add from any card to include those channels in your subscription.
- When prompted, select Confirm to apply the changes to your account.
You can also add extras directly from the Sling app on most devices.
Programming that isn’t a part of your current subscription will have a lock icon. Once you select it, you can review the price and confirm your choice to add it to your subscription or press back to cancel.
When you add content to your subscription, Sling will immediately collect a prorated amount to cover the change for your current month. Your new monthly rate will be applied on your next payment date.
To remove:
- From a web browser, sign in to your account. Your active subscriptions will be listed on the Your plan tab.
- Find any subscription you no longer want, and select Remove.
- Select Confirm to apply the changes to your account.
When you remove add-ons from your subscription, a refund isn’t issued. You’ll have access to the subscription you removed until the end of your billing cycle, and your next payment will be at the new price.

If you have a Sling account, you can explore all of the add-on options by signing in to your account, then selecting the Add channels & services tab. Select More info on any card to see the complete channel details.
Note: the channels included with extras vary depending on which base package you are subscribed to. When you check out, be sure that your total channel lineup includes all the channels you want.

- Give it a few minutes. Most subscription additions take place within a few seconds, but it can take up to 10 minutes for channels to be added.
- Close and relaunch the Sling app. The app may just need to refresh.
- If you’re still not seeing your channel, try troubleshooting the issue
Troubleshoot a missing channel
If you’re seeing errors such as long load times, frequent time-outs or buttons not being clickable, try again using private browsing or incognito mode, or clear your browser cache.
