The debate is scheduled to begin at 9:00pm ET and will take place at the CBS Broadcast Center in Trump’s hometown of New York City.

Who is Moderating the Vice Presidential Debate?

CBS Evening News anchor and managing editor Nora O’Donnell and Face the Nation anchor Margaret Brennan will moderate the Vice Presidential debate. It’s still not clear if the VP candidates will have the same rules as the Sep. 10 debate between Trump and Harris (mics muted, no meeting with staff during commercials) but the debate is expected to last 90 minutes.

When Are the Other Presidential or Vice Presidential Debates?

As of this writing, there are no additional debates scheduled before the election on Tuesday, Nov. 5. Following the first Trump-Harris debate, Kamala Harris accepted a proposed Oct. 23 CNN debate against Trump. Although that debate would have the same rules and moderators as the June debate between Trump and President Joe Biden, Trump told his supporters at a recent rally that the date is “just too late − voting has already started,” according to USA Today. While Trump has claimed that he might reconsider doing another debate “if I got in the right mood,” it’s unlikely that either Trump and Harris or the Vice Presidential candidates will have another debate before Americans head to the polls.
