The story revolves around two great atomic scientists of India, Homi Bhabha (Jim Sarbh) and Vikram Sarabhai (Ishwak Singh), and their passion for science, including ideological clashes about whether India could use atomic energy to defend itself when needed.
These two men are good friends despite their very contrasting personalities, have a quick wit, have quarrels, disagreements, and a good admiration for each other. A small but significant role by APJ Abdul Kalam gives us goosebumps.. The story is well written and keeps the viewer captivated and mesmerized by the characters.
