Movies
The Fabelmans (2022)

Steven Spielberg is one of our greatest living filmmakers and his latest is a lightly fictionalized account of his early years. Nominated for Best Picture, The Fabelmans features strong performances from its leads – particularly newcomer Gabriel LaBelle – along with artful flourishes that feel novel from one of the most popular directors of modern times. But with its episodic structure and scene-stealing turns from Judd Hirsch and a famous director playing another famous director, The Fabelmans is also one of the funniest films in Spielberg’s catalog.

The first two games of the Western Conference Finals featured incredible individual performances from Anthony Davis (41 points in game 1), Jamal Murray (23 points in the 4th quarter of game 2), and especially Nikola Jokic, who has four consecutive triple-doubles going back to the series against the Phoenix Suns. Down 0-2, the Lakers will need all the energy at Crypto.com Arena to emerge victorious in what’s essentially a must-win game on Saturday night.

Vanderpump Rules
It’s not often you see a show grow in popularity in its tenth season, but that’s the case for Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules. There’s a clear reason why: The Scandoval drama (if you’re not familiar, this primer will get you up-to-speed). Because the show is taped months before it airs, we’re only starting to see the reactions and fallout on the show’s cast. Binge the newest season (or the full series) this weekend ahead of the highly anticipated reunion shows, beginning next week.
