SLING TV is making it even easier for Americans to cut the cord with their traditional cable provider, get local TV channels for free and save hundreds of dollars per year in the process.
Starting today, SLING TV is debuting its new professional installation pilot program, in partnership with OnTech Smart Services, to help residents in three U.S. markets – Albuquerque, Detroit and Salt Lake City – get their free locals and on-demand content through the SLING TV platform. On average, residents in these markets can receive nearly 100* channels for free, such as local ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC affiliates. And it’s so easy – all it takes is an over-the-air (OTA) antenna and a TV to get started.
For a limited time, SLING TV is offering “Total Live Streaming Solution” bundles, including a high-definition (HD) outdoor antenna, three months of prepaid SLING TV service and an award-winning AirTV Anywhere device, which takes the signal from an OTA antenna and integrates live local channels into the SLING TV guide throughout the home. All this, plus professional installation from a licensed OnTech technician.
With SLING TV’s new flexible payment option, consumers can avoid a large up-front payment and instead pay $49, plus their first monthly installment for the bundle’s hardware and their first month of SLING TV programming (starting at $30 per month), at the time of installation. Consumers will then split the remainder of their hardware balance over eleven (11) monthly installments.
Residents in Albuquerque, Detroit and Salt Lake City can take advantage of these offers by calling SLING TV directly at 855-597-1424 to determine eligibility and sign up today. Additionally, customers outside of these three markets may also call to order a bundle for direct shipment and self-installation.
