Dilbert and the security guard make a bet to switch jobs for a day. Dilbert realizes that the security job is harder than he thought, especially when he finds an illegal casino on company grounds.
Dilbert creates a mechanical baby called "The Dupey" as part of a marketing campaign. When the Dupeys start to morph into an ugly, advanced life form, Dilbert turns them into insurance salesmen.
Dilbert gives several pints of blood at a work blood drive, and is sent to prison when his blood is found at a crime scene. In prison, he organizes the prisoners into a group of efficient thugs.
Dilbert draws a blue duck on his computer and becomes a famous artist, and the company enjoys huge success. The popularity fades when the Boss embarrasses himself while wearing a duck shirt on TV.
Wally's birthday party includes a tablecloth he wipes his chocolate covered face with. The cloth ends up at a self-help seminar, and the members see Wally's chocolate image as proof of his divinity.
Dilbert must confront his fears and go to The Mall to get a birthday gift for Dilmom. He meets the mall Tribesman, and finds the gift his mom wants, his long-lost father Dildad.
