"House" Is the World's Most Popular Show -- But What's at the Bottom of the List?

Friday's announcement that "House" is the most popular TV show in the world (more than 88.18 million viewers in 66 countries), got us thinking: what are the least popular TV shows in the world? We did a little number-crunching, and came up with the following list:
