The Bright Side: The Bank Foreclosed on Your House, but at Least It Used Bailout Money to Party with Sheryl Crow

Northern Trust, which received $1.6 billion in bailout money, decided to celebrate their good fortune in L.A. with parties and concerts. Sheryl Crow needs the work, so, I’m cool with it. And it’s not like they tried to hide it. They were nice enough to share video with TMZ. Chicago still rocks! (The band not the city. Screw the city.) Northern Trust could have just as easily put all that bailout money into a tax haven, but they are patriots who want to stimulate the U.S. economy.
